Experience

Mr. Ward has over forty years of experience in surveying and in the design and management of construction of civil works. His background includes complex projects ranging from multi-span bridges to the Brazoria County Airport.

Mr. Ward designed and supervised the construction of the Demi-John Island bridge across Bastrop Bayou. He prepared the designs and supervised the construction of the initial improvements at the Brazoria County Airport and the next three expansions at the Airport.

He has prepared plans, specifications and estimates for major thoroughfare projects for the City of Houston, including Waco-Hirsch Avenue and Wallisville Road and Bridges. .Each of these projects included complex interrelated systems such has drainage, pavement design, roadway lighting and signalization and utility coordination.

His recent experience includes extensive surveying supervision for Port Freeport, as well as the chief civil engineer for the CPS 1 and Wave Barrier Relocation projects. These projects required the coordination of multiple tasks in a “fast track” environment that has lead to the successful conclusion of each project.
