Experience Mr. Roesler has over twenty-eight years progressive design experience in architecture, architectural site plans and the design of complex civil engineering facilities. He began his design career preparing high volume production drawings of residential apartments and commercial sites in the Harris County region. His responsibilities included all aspects of the preparation of architectural drawings for these projects.
After completion of his civil engineering education, joined Baker & Lawson, Inc. where he has produced building site plans for Intermedics, Office Max, Starplex Theater, Albertson’s, Compass Bank, State Farm Insurance among others.
As his career progressed, he has developed complex plans for State Highway systems including SH 288 in Freeport, FM 2094 in Galveston County, and Mykawa Road in Houston. Each of these projects had construction costs in excess of $8,000,000.
Mr. Roesler currently serves as the firm’s Supervising Engineer. He provides technical oversight of all the firm’s civil engineering projects as well as serve as Project Engineer on his own assignments. ∙ Served as Design Engineer for preparation of PS & E for six signalized intersections on S.H. 3 in La Marque. ∙ Served as Design Engineer for preparation pf PS & E for 2.0 miles of Mykawa Rd. in City of Houston. This project replaced a rural, two-lane, asphaltic roadway with a four-lane divided concrete roadway and included a bridge replacement. ∙ Served as team leader on three (3) Bridge Inventory, Inspection and Appraisal Program (BRINSAP) Contracts. ∙ Served as Design Engineer for preparation pf PS & E for 2.6 miles of FM 2094 in the League City/Kemah area. This project replaced a rural, two-lane, asphaltic roadway with a four-lane divided concrete roadway and included a bridge replacement. ∙ Served as Design Engineer for preparation pf PS & E for 4.5 miles of SH 35 between Angleton and West Columbia. This project replaced a rural, two-lane, asphaltic roadway with a four-lane divided concrete roadway and included a bridge replacement. This project also included hydraulic studies to prepare a drainage mitigation plan.
